Great Training at Arete

  I am glad to have my good friend and training partner Reza "Mad dog" training with us for the next 8 weeks. Reza is a member of the Swedish national wrestling team having placed first in Swedish national freestyle championships. I am inviting everyone to come watch with me as I get ready for my biggest fight yet against Jim Miller.  This is my best camp ever, I feel very strong for this fight. I will be updating my latest training techniques each week so stay tuned.

    Kamal is the greatest. The UFC better be ready the next world champion. Dash Kamal you gonna win this fight and go on to get the UFC belt. (poost portegal)
